2021 HASTI & ICTM Virtual Joint Conference

February 6 – 9, 2021

HASTI and ICTM are excited to join together to bring an enhanced science and math conference for Indiana educators.  Initial plans were made for a face-to-face conference but these plans were changed due to the public health issues we face.  This joint conference is now VIRTUAL.

You are invited to be part of this experience as an exhibitor.  Exhibitors will have the opportunity to advertised and provide promotional videos before the conference as well as during the conference.  A virtual exhibit hall is being created for the conference.  In the exhibit hall attendees will have the ability to visit your virtual booth to ask questions and view your latest products.  This year’s conference will also feature a virtual Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt where attendees can win prizes.  More details on this event will be provided but it is the hope that exhibitors will contribute gift certificates/cards, memberships, subscriptions or products as prizes.

Program proposals are also being accepted for the conference.  There are limited spaces for sessions and each proposal will be reviewed by a committee for acceptance in the program.  Please note:  Being an exhibitor does not automatically provide you a session in the program.  The deadline for submitting a proposal is October 30, 2020.  Visit:

This year’s virtual conference exhibitor fees are:

            Commercial Exhibitor - $300

            Non-Profit Organization - $100

Payments:

Payments can be made by check or credit card. Credit card payments will be processed through Wild Apricot using Authorize.net. All checks should be made payable to HASTI and send to:

Cancellation Deadlines and Fees:

Administrative Fees will be applied for cancellations prior to January 21, 2021.  Fee schedule is below:

            (1) Commerical Exhibitor - $150

            (2) Non-profit Organization - $50

         

After January 21, 2021 exhibitors are responsible for full booth cost.
