This prestigious award is given to a HASTI active member who demonstrates distinguished service and leadership as seen through participation in committees for HASTI and serving on the HASTI Board of Directors. You must be invited to apply by a member of the HASTI Board of Directors. If you know of a deserving former or present member of HASTI, please email AwardsManager@hasti.org or contact any current board member.
Edward L Frazier is the longest serving living member of HASTI. He began his HASTI service career in 1968. He served in every office, most notably treasurer, executive director, and resident agent. He continues to attend conferences and lend his expertise when needed.
Nominators must be active HASTI members and provide the following information to the Awards Manager:
Packet must include:
1. Vita of Nominee (include a work history, honors or recognition received, and examples of leadership within their profession.)
2. A description of the outstanding nature of the nominee’s distinguished service specifically to HASTI. Provide many examples of the nominee’s service and positive influence on HASTI including service on the HASTI Board of Directors.
3. Please provide two letters of support (no more than one page). At least one must be from a HASTI board member.
